Huge delay of 2 months in getting signage done, despite full upfront payment 3months in advance. If not able to fulfil, would have appreciated an upfront notice of it. But despite the constant chasers and messages, sales still mentioned yes will update, will update. And I already told him that we couldn't open my shop without a front signage! Paid for installation 3 months months advance, confirmed 1 month later to proceed, but still after 2 months of delay, said there wasn't slot for installation have to wait another 1month. This is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional when it was entirely their fault for the delay. So I said i will just pick up the signage myself and install myself because I really needed to open my shop. Loh and behold, signage came over broken, extremely bad workmanship and obviously a last minute 1 night production. And again might I add, this is after 2months of confirmation. In any case, I was already paying 2 weeks of rent and management didn't allow me to open shop without a front signage and so I had to glue gun the metal pieces together and install myself. Worked well for 1 month, but after a month, light stopped working and everything fell apart. This is due to their workmanship - did not properly weld the metal together and the LED lighting strip was not glued properly and bends were damaged. I did not bother getting a refund or contacting them because its one of those instances where you are just SO SICK of fighting and dealing with them. And you know that they will probably just blame the installation for the damages when it JUST CAME BROKEN! Basically, I don't think they handle the services ethically, at least not for me. And personally, they are one of the very few businesses I feel should just not be in business, given their irresponsibility and lack of service. I just feel really cheated because I paid $1000 more for them BECAUSE they said they could delivery. So I'm sure you can imagine my anguish - more money lost at their promise, delay of 2 months, signage did not follow the drawing, signage came broken, no installation, signage stopped working after a month and worst of all, never a sense of "let me try to help, I am sorry for the delay, sorry we can not delivery."
