★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a client of Ivan's for about 4 years and I've been very satisfied with his service and response.
Installed a 360 system and then recently a 2ch car dash cam. The dashcam developed some problems which was hard to detect and required multiple visits by his team to troubleshoot. He did his best to minimise the inconvenience on my end when it became clear after the first visit that the problem wasn't going to be easily solved.
I personally cannot imagine how did the bad reviews came about that was certainly not my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended by car dealer so gave it a try to install Thinkware camera and a new battery. The owner is knowledgable and willing to share advice. The installation was smooth. The staff answered many questions from me. They exchanged the battery for me as I was having issue on my phone to show its status, even though everything seemed ok on their phone while testing. They said they want to make sure everything at customer end, not at their end. Kudos for that.
