Very bad service from this company. If you having problem definetely for them took more than a month(or longer) to resolve your problem.

Applied for Starhub corporate line through INSIRO. First staff Jason Tan processed the application form. Shortly after Jason Tan resigned without alerting us nor handing over. When we managed to contact him, said that it was handed over to his colleague Kelvin Lee before they left. Tried to call Kelvin Lee over the phone and could not get him nor did he reply to any of the emails we sent. We were always courteous with him and Starhub. We called Starhub numerous times and they kept pushing the matter to INSIRO who continued to not follow up. Eventually Kelvin Lee did call us and said he could not process our installation because the name on the bill we sent was not of a company. So we sent him a document with the name of the company and address on it. And again, no more response from INSIRO. Today marks two month and one week from the date of application. We have called Starhub and cancelled the application. We wasted an entire month and always conversed with them calmly. So we feel it is appropriate to write this review on their GMB page.

to raise a complaint which has been responsible for a very damageable interruption of business operations. not only because of the time and money we have spent on what should be a very straightforward process, but to also warn other businesses about the situation with them. wrong information about delays over the phone, resulting in a bad anticipation – commitments which can never been reached on them or starhub. when there is a call to the account manager at starhub. informed someone from Insiro would call right now, but no calls
