After searching for a few ID company, Ben from inspire ID was the one ID that I search for and we click immediately after the first meeting and the chemistry with Ben was on point, he understand and advised me on the kitchen where I do lots of baking and he understand the pain of not having enough space when doing baking. The materials he choose for me, was hand pick and chosen by him after doing some stain test on the material for the kitchen top. Smooth renovation journeys with him. Entertaining me when I have new idea and he will tell me if it is possible to have it in my house. Thankful for him as my ID. Now he is not just an ID But a friend to me to. Will recommend him to my friends.

We have a loft unit of 6m ceiling height which is aesthetically enhanced by the works of Kenneth. Having done many loft units, Kenneth is very experience and is able to deliver the results. Not the usual 'cut and paste' design. Rest assured the quotation he gave is fair and unlike some ID who initially quote a steep discount which is a 'trap' for inexperienced home owners. He works with integrity and is very responsive to our queries. We have a peace of mind handing our house project to him. Thanks for the great effort put in for us. ?

We met Dave by chance after scrolling upon Inspire ID’s FB advertisements. At a visit to the Balestier show room, Dave greeted us. After chatting with him, we felt that he was able to understand what we desired of our place in terms of the Design Type and Style. He showed us part of his design portfolio and we were very confident and assured that he could produce a nice concept for us. Having been through our first ever renovation process with Dave, we are not disappointed and in fact very happy with our newly designed home. The pleasant surprise was that Dave was present throughout our tilting, carpentry and Masonary work. He was very responsible, responsive and was able to rectify all the issues during our renovation work. In the end all ended well and smoothly. Payment was well received and project was completed in a timely manner. It was a very pleasant experience working with Dave. Thank you so much, Dave, we really appreciate it.

Recently move in to my new bto done by Alan from Inspire ID. He is patient in listening to our ideas and would give useful suggestions on practicality. He was responsive when there were minor defects to be rectify and the process was carried out efficiently. You can just let Alan manage your renovation and be sure things are done well. Thank you so much to Alan and Inspire ID. (UPDATE) After a year I request to install a lock for drawer of wardrobe, Alan was prompt in arranging getting it done . Good service from him and his team. House: resale Service duration: 3months+ Overall comment: I hired an ID with expectation that it will remove the hassle of managing the contractors and their work. Though I ended up having to come to inspect myself on many occasions. Work quality is ok if you are not particular with fine finish. Details below. ID: Ben. 4/5 star for him personally. Good and Patient. Helped to explain many things. He helped to undo/touch up several items. The only complain I have is that he rarely visit after the work done by the contractor to inspect it first hand, which affect the quality of work they have done. Edit: He acknowledged the review. Professionalism. ========== details ========== Carpentry: Decent work. In my case, the carpenter left me hanging for more than a month without giving estimate time to complete the work. Only after I requested cancellation then the carpenter was able to tell me they can finish it within a week. Painting: old paints were never scrapped. The new paint on top is thin. The paint left a crack within 4months. Some of the walls left with rough patches mark. Tiles: I was told by ID that the tiles comes from the provider (recommended by him) is expected to be in different sizes because they are two different types, despite the spec on the store shows the same size. When installed, it is obviously misaligned. Electrical: Schema was drawn and discussed. On the next discussion, some of the previous requests was thrown away and we had to specify them again. Some items were installed wrongly. Plumbing: leaks at the bathroom basin right after installation. Had to call them back several times. Kitchen counter top: Instead of giving one large slab, i think they used the piece that was cut from the basin as part of the table top, creating an odd line. That same line connecting the two slabs cracked within few months. Flooring (vinyl): Good work. AC: Good recommendation from ID. They have provided good job. Sliding Panel (room divider): Good work. Smooth slide.

Have engaged Inspire ID Group for renovation of new outlet. Our ID at that time was William. Thanks for helping us with our design and supervision of the ground work. We couldn't have open the shop in less than 2 months time on top of this challenging Covid period. During this 2 months, felt William is very responsible, resourceful and helpful along the way. The actual work turns out even better than expected from the 3D pictures he has presented to us. The hard work really paid off! We would definitely recommend Inspire ID to those who are looking for reasonable and responsible ID for commercial renovations.

When we started to look for ID, we met few IDs from different company. After meeting with them, we feel Oscar from Inspire is friendly and nice, he understand what we want and response on time. So we decided to engage him as it is very important to get someone that you comfortable with because renovation is a long journey including the follow up after completion. We glad that we made a right choice and the renovation meets our requirement. We can’t say it’s 100% good, but the follow up on touch up is prompt and responsive.
