★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been a consistent since my 5 months of pregnancy. I love the aqua pregnancy classes. It is very soothing and water helps to stretch well. The instructors Linda and Sue are very friendly. Love their quick tips for issues during pregnancy. So glad I came here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team of Inspire Mum & Baby is kind and attentive, making the pool both a fun and reassuring place for our children. Both my 12 months old baby and my 3 yo love to come every week! After a year, we have lots of great memories and my eldest who was fearing water at the beginning is now swimming like a little fish.

The number of people in the class is low and this makes the classes very individualized. During this time I feel much more fit and strong. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been with inspiremum for several years. This is an excellent place for keeping you fit physically and mentally. The instructors are very professional and knowledgeable, they know each student personally, addressing us by our names.
The staff are very friendly and sincere, especially Linda and Joanne, every ready to give advice on health and fitness, and to share their knowledge and experiences. I always feel rejuvenated and refreshed after each session with them. As the classes are kept small in numbers, we get personalized attention during the sessions. A highly recommended place to keep fit and healthy?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked private lessons with Sue and have been loving her patient and engaging way of teaching our lil 11 month old boy. The heated and lightly salted pool as well as clean facilities are lovely and adequate number of changing tables help us to get in and out of the facility easily. Great quality and experience makes this an easy recommendation for parents looking for a swim school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been attending prenatal classes for both pregnancies at Inspire mum & baby, and felt that the classes provided mum-to-bes with the option for low impact exercises which were suitable for all stages of pregnancy, which is great if you'd like to maintain a certain level of activeness during pregnancy. The exercises were modified according to the needs of the students in class. The teachers & staff are very friendly and helpful as well!
Baby / toddler swimming classes are fun and engaging, a weekly session my kid looks forward to every weekend.
For those who have not been there, do give the trial classes a go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been attending lessons with Inspire since 2017 and my experience is awesome! Till now, I still look forward to classes every week. Lessons are never boring as there are constantly new moves every other week. You will never feel left out as the instructors will modify the moves according to your level of fitness.
My 4yo son also joined their swimming classes and he is much more confident in the pool now!

The instructors are all great and the facilities are sufficient and clean. Lessons at the young age are focused on safety which was what I was looking for. Instructors have been able to tailor their teaching to each child as the class sizes are kept small. Overall, I would recommend this swim school!
