Glad that I have called Insured United Agency.to renew the insurance package and performance bond. It does help me save some money instead of going through agent. Thank you once again Denn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was doing a claim for my maid whose diagnosed with cysts in 2017 Dec. We submitted the claim somewhere in mid Jan 2018 as we were waiting for full medical report from hospital.
About a month after my submission of claim, I called to check the status and this lady by the name of Icez, followed up closely for me on my claim. Would like to thank her for effort and service provided.
Would recommend this insurance company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLDR: Don't trust all that is written/shown on their site. Call/email to confirm everything.
A rather upsetting experience. Several promotions/gifts are marketed on their website and application form. No dates indicated, just while stock last. After purchasing the insurance, I waited for the "redemption voucher" for a month but received nothing. When call to check, I was then informed that the promotion/gifts were unavailable since a long time ago and that they probably forgot to remove the advertisement.
