★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company with horrible customer service. I booked a resort as a guest, with a guest certificate through a member.
Had some questions pertaining to the resort amenities and checkin timings so I called the customer service.
They stuck to rules (god knows who created it) despite my explanations repetitively that I had queries pertaining to the stay, of which I have a guest certificate with a valid reservation number. The insistance on speaking to the member is ridiculous as the member is my relative and is out of town.
I highlighted that with a reservation number, they should be able to obtain the membership number since only a member can make a reservation.
I will never use their services ever again and would strongly encourage others not to.
Unbelievable!
