However I encountered a no show from the sales person who was supposed to come over to my place to give me a quotation.
The arranged appointment time was between 3.30pm to 4pm and at 4pm, I called him only to be told he is “delayed”. Before which, I was not notified about him being late or the possibility of rescheduling.
It left me speechless because clearly he doesn’t respect other people’s time and it is an apparent lack of professionalism. Or maybe, he simply forgot about the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged their service to installed grilles 3 years ago. Workmanship was ok, a couple of minor issues which I could overlook and makegood by myself. Sold my house recently and during HDB inspection of my unit, I was fined for not seeking a permit for grilles installation in my service yard. Got in touch with Invisys as they are responsible for informing their customers of this requirement but they claimed that they are not aware of such ruling, adding that HDB requirements change constantly. Email HDB and HDB replied saying this requirement has been in placed for 30 years. Forwarded HDB reply to Invisys in early Dec 2020. Till today, they have been avoiding accountability of this issue. I will not engage their services again.
