Room for improvement: Need for scanned invoice; popular payees (eg. MCST, insurance companies) could be preloaded so we can select from a list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are similar sites offering the same services but what I like about ipaymy is their user friendly interface, prompt replies to queries and the promo rates, which made me switch over. I've been a happy user since Jun 2020. Hope the rates remain competitive or that promotional rates would be issued more frequently!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using ipaymy for almost 2 years and the experience has been positive. Good user interface and easy to follow workflow. No complaints in using the service and collect credit card points. I did notice that on Firefox the screen takes a while to refresh so better to use IE or Chrome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for personal and business payments. The platform discounts for payments (which allows you to get miles or cashback) for rent, insurance and many more. Easy to use, would be better if common payment companies are not manually added ourselves more information can be added for users. Hope to get more promotions for payment to make it more worth it.
