โ โ โ โ โ Just went for an interview. Before the interview started she started of by accusations. When the form of previous employment was not filled and I said it is stated in the resume, she started judging that a person could be lazy and irresponsible. Without even engaging with me first. Just by the form she made her mind. She has all the rights to choose who she wants. However she has no rights judging anyone especially when she has not spoken to them.
Firstly she has no knowledge on psychology.
The woman was clearly a judgemental moron . Consider before going for an interview with such a person .
No one should work for people who judges people even before they speak.
Hopefully this moronic woman realize an interview is two way.
I have no idea how a moron like her can be in such a line and she said she has worked with many people, clearly learning nothing.

โ โ โ โ โ Do not be fooled by the business owners, who are husband and wife. They are beyond your imagination when it comes to business ethics and professionalism. They have been called out as Xenophobic, and challenging my employees that they should be doing more than average, since they are taking up other job opportunities in Singapore. They will make demands that are beyond the contract, and then threaten you with all kinds of complains, social media, etc. The situation is so bad that we have to tell them to move their hosting service out of us, and we never want to have any future business from them.
