★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We engaged iQuartz for our home renovations in Dec 2019. In total, we had 2 long kitchen countertops, 1 bar countertop and a 2.1m dining table. As you could imagine, that’s quite a lot of money spent with iQuartz. Initially they were all nice and engaging, assuring us and giving us the vote of confidence of a 10 year warranty. But... this week has been a nightmare. We have been trying to get iQuartz to drill a tiny hole on our kitchen countertop for our new water dispenser but it was so difficult to get an appointment with them. And even after getting the appointment with Lynn, (weekday 3-5pm time slot) they were a no show. We can’t get the water dispenser guys to drill the hole as that wouldn’t be covered under future warranty. So potential customers... please be mindful of this 180 degrees change of service level. Go engage someone better.
