Have to keep asking for after service cause the first time was not done properly. Agreed for 2pm appointment and the guy came super early and I wasn’t around. Have to frantically sort out things for them to do the treatment. Was all good when coming for first time inspection but gradually replied late or no replies. Wasted my money and honestly speaking I do not see any effect which is disappointing.

TL;DR: PROS: - Effective - Service was excellent; attendant highly knowledgeable and professional. - No hard-selling or anything at all - Gets the job done, and gets it done with excellence CONS: I have no complaints at all ????? Never would we thought we would require a pest control company to remove spiders from our own home, but we are 1000% glad that we did. Recently, a room in our flat has a lot of spiders on the ceiling (we counted like 10~15 various sizes of the typical house types you see in Singapore). We called Ironman Pest Control because we were afraid there was infestation somewhere. Ironman was extremely thorough their work; they spray every crooks and cranny to ensure none of them were missed, even places/gaps we did thought existed in our house, he was able to spot them. He even double check and ran through the areas he sprayed to make sure there was no leftovers. From what we thought was only 10ish spiders in the room, they were manage to find almost 40 of them! However, for Ironman Pest Control, they even offer more than just the basic service we requested for; they even helped us spray areas which Other pests (such as cockroachs/rats) may enter our house from without us requesting. Half of my family members are arachnophobes, even seeing 1 spider will keep us up the whole night being paranoid. After seeing the way Ironman Pest Control handled the issues at our home, we can say that it really left us with peace of mind. Our family has never been so satisfied with a service; if we can, we would give Ironman Pest Control 10/10!

Sam was very responsive and did the inspection the very day we contacted him. When we suspected there might be a new spot (after the treatment) he sent his team down within the week. Sani was very professional and did a good job when at our place. Would definitely recommend ironman pest control.

The team is very unresponsive and unprofessional. They came for inspection, did not find the source of problem for me. Did misting of the whole house for 2 treatments still cannot resolve my problem. Asked for their help for 3rd treatment, the guy came, did a little residual spray and told me all good? I continue to find roaches in my hse which made me asked for 4th treatment. This time the guys came and told they cannot find the source of problem, again did some spray and left the house. Again, i find the roaches appearing. I asked and called the admin desperately, it took them 4 days to respond to me and by that time, you can imagine how worried and afraid i am facing this. I had to called another pest company (very well-known in the world) to help me.. I asked for refund of my remaining treatment plans. Admin was very sarcastic towards me and refused to refund the amount i requested for. It was a very bad experience with Ironman! If you have a v bad pest infestation, i suggest you look for a good reputable company to do the job. Wasted all my time and money on people who are not professional. If i knew, i wouldn't have signed the package with them.

Alex and Syed from Ironman pest control have been really patient in helping me with the lizard situation at our house. They are very professional and knowledgeable in helping us to seal all the possible entry and exit points for lizards and also helped to set traps at the locations they frequent. Many a times we even message Alex after seeing a lizard and he will send his technicians down to help us take a look! Highly recommend their services especially Alex and Syed!

Thank you for being so responsive and prompt. Very good service received from Sam and team. Came down on the same day itself to inspect and able to schedule a service within the same week. Also flexible to accommodate change in schedule as my daughter was down with stomach flu. Sam also helped to cover up the hole outside my room created by birds to build nest and ended up causing bird mites. Overall very satisfied with their service. Awesome!

Excellent service and hassle free booking. Inspection was done thoroughly with an explanation on what rat food was used and the effect it brings. Kudos to Uncle Kamil for finding my dear chonky rat, checking for all possible escape routes and finally proceeding for the catch! Thank you!
