★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality seafood and raw fish sushi and sashimi, served conveyor belt style. To ensure freshness, it claims that whatever goes on the conveyor belt only travels 350m, and gets disposed after (seems a tad wasteful though).
For those who aren’t keen on what’s offered on the conveyor belt, you can order what you want and it’s served straight to you via the express belt.
Overall legit experience since the chain hails from Japan. Their limited dishes - snow crab when I visited - are worth trying.

A lot has been downgraded overnight for Isetan Scotts after the covid. Many tenants move off since more are attuned to online shopping ?. I managed to buy a Kyushu origin soba just wanting to support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What used to be one of the most happening shopping havens, the other being Takashimaya, in the 1980-90s era, unfortunately it has failed to reinvent itself.
What is good about this Departmental Store? Japanese themed food items in Basement, they have a Superdry outlet and perpetual sales of sporting goods on L3.
Frequently they do pop up stores to fill the excess space

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A refreshing store with a unique Japanese vibe. If you have been to Japan and enjoy the shopping experience there, you will absolutely love Isetan Scotts. From the clothing section to the household section, the goods are arranged so well. The absolute creme de la creme is the basement supermarket. One feels transported to Japan with the cosy decor and unique Japanese products on display. Simply wonderful experience. Highly recommended.. have a good one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond the fact that things are a little more pricey, the entire shopping experience here is definitely one to look forward to. It's a premium departmental store with Japanese influence. The food hall and supermarket is filled with many sample booths, so feel free to go around sampling and getting those items you really like.
