โ โ โ โ โ My first time renting from them and uncle Deen attended to my last minute impromptu plans on booking a weekend car. He is professional and detailed when he explained about the car. The transaction was smooth and had no problems with the condition of the car. Will book again with them next time for weekend car to use!

My nephew had paid to rent a car yesterday on 6 Jan 2022, reason being this establishment allows returning of car on weekends. We actually use a regular shop otherwise.
The prescribed appointment time to collect car at the designated car park was 10am. This morning, the contact person failed to turn up on time. He arrived at around 10.20ish. There was a briefing soon after which was not mentioned on the phone or on their FAQ. My nephew thought it was collect and drive like how it was with the other renter. He had canceled the transaction on the spot and I gave stars only for the prompt return of deposit and rental fee.

โ โ โ โ โ Rented a suzuki swift for the first time at the woodlands branch. The contact person was rather unresponsive and did not provide instructions.
When I reached the carpark at 10pm, was told to go up to the house to collect the key from the dad. When the dad found out that I'm a first time renter I was told to go back up again to the carpark to wait. Perhaps they could have coordinated better on their end. I had to wait again for quite long before he arrived at the carpark. Maybe can improve in the sense of urgency and time.
The car which I rented was quite old but overall clean.
Not much hassle when returning the car.

โ โ โ โ โ All the cars were of good condition and clean. Mr. Deen was very efficient and quick in responding to my rental vehicle which had broke down. Immediately he got a replacement car for me without charging any extra cost. A very reliable and excellent service provider to customer.
