Their sales personnel is very patient and they also offer fittings. One stop place to get all my fishpond and sewage pumps ( pump, panels, hoses and fitting accessories) , excellent presales and aftersales services. Saves me alot of time and money. Thank you.

They know what accessories to couple for us when we tell them we want a certain model. As authorized dealer of Tsurumi Pumps, Alfagomma Hoses and they in-house customized their control panels, they are able to offer a package deal for us. I don't have to coordinate painstakingly amongst different suppliers for the accessories because other suppliers may not know the usage as well as Istar. Also, split buying the accessories from different suppliers is actually more expensive than buying from Istar. Because Istar is able to offer a super good package price. So they are my one-stop go to shop when I want pumps.
In addition, I also feel the assurance because Istar not only provide pre-sales support but also after sales support to us.
