★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of all the apple retailers in the world, this is the absolute worst out of them all. Products do not come in good conditions with scratches and then they have a policy where if you take the plastic off, you cannot return the product. Never consider buying from the atrocious representer of apple and instead just buy from the actual Apple Store where there is guaranteed good service and policies that are reasonable.

So much happy with the buying experience at iStudio Terminal 4. This shop is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from featuring the usual Apple products, Apple also carries various third-party accessories which are usually stocked somewhere at a corner of the store. I like that their products are of good quality and standard. Of course, this translates to a higher price but I think the quality of their products warrant the price, so it's a good deal overall. His assistance and expertise provided to me was excellent. not forgetting his sales skills. I bought the iPad Air, keyboard, pen, C charging cable n adapter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who assisted me was very patient. She addressed all of my queries and demonstrated tips I can try on my iPad which I found interesting and useful. I've had poor experiences before with retail staff who would recommend (and pressure) me into a sale, so it is nice to know I can shop with ease here. This has been a comfortable shopping experience, and I will come again next time.
