I did not expect the staff to remember my regular order but I don't even have to open my mouth haha I was taken by surprise and extremely impressed for their quality service, remembering a customer's order. Great job! The drink is amazing as well, I used to buy Liho but I prefer iTea now. Affordable price as well:)

I just ordered the same thing yesterday and repeated order today because it WAS good yesterday. But due to lapse in service, and not owning up to mistake. I will definitely recommend Teavana instead if ordering from grab. Maybe when ordering directly should be ok. Since ordering from grab cant prove to them that my order was wrong. Telling me that they put chocolate in the milk tea, is like telling me I am lying. I know what is regular milk tea and chocolate milk tea. Theres not even a spec of chocolate residue at the bottom of the cup. If you put chocolate inside, thrn maybe u put just a 1/4 teaspoon of it then. So really not worth it.

G	GalaxyUnicorn Uk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Give wrong order today I bought 2 large cups with an Oreo Chocolate Blended order, there were two mistakes with the same cashier, I asked them to exchange it back according to my order, but they didn't accept it and I left 2 cups of my chocolate Oreo there and the most surprising is their attitude that is very rude saying that you don't want to and don't want lah.... whereas I already paid for 2 cups of Oreo Chocolate I leaving the shop without bring my order!!! Please customers service i-tea take heavy attention on the i tea branch at boon lay shopping centre

Do not recommend. The drinks are not really nice and upsizing is like a marketing gimmick because it doesn't even feels like there is any difference from the tall size. For the same price, you could actually get nicer drinks from Koi or Gong Cha.
