★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, this product was great. I'm a Mac user and was sharing files with my Windows partner. It was fantastic. I liked it so much I bought an iTwin VPN one. It was amazing. Loved it. Then shortly afterwards, MacOS 10.10 came out in GA and I updated. Now it no longer works. Initially, I kept getting info from support that they had some issues and it was going to be fixed. Now it's a year later and nada. Now they don't respond to my emails at all.. but they are still selling it. Beware! This is not for you if you have MacOS 10.10. If you're on 10.9, 10.8, or 10.7 (all supported) you're probably fine.... but as soon as you upgrade (assuming you can on your Mac) it's just a piece of junk. I have about $400 of it myself so I know... you don't want to end up this way.
