★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service. I’m banking with chase more than 15 years in US. I tried to contact to find out more information to open the account in Singapore since I moved and working in Singapore. The lady keep hanging up the phone because she just have lack knowledge of JP Morgan and Chase. She probably have the language barrier too. Doesn’t matter which options I choose always come to the same lady and she keep hang up on me. Terrible customer service or terrible phone operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if we are to look past Ramesh apologising or anything and be forgiving of his situation, his academic qualifications does not justify his place in J.P. Morgan, even more NOT for his position as director. Can't believe what I learnt from the internet that . As clients, who will want such a poor candidate to handle their business/transactions? Get back to where you are from Ramesh, your attitude and a diploma from an "unknown school" does not justify your place in the "upperclass".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time experiencing a phone operator hanging up my call for not having the knowledge to advice on a matter. I called in to enquire a Remit Advice email sent by JPMchase and her reply was she have never heard about this before and decided to just hang up the phone call. Truly an unique experience with this phone operator.
