I knew Jayden from his great touch which he did to my friend's house. I did not have any ID in mind and hence decided to consult few IDs. Of all IDs, what impressed me most is his willingness and patience in listening to our expectation of our dream home. We communicated very well and he went extra mile in resourcing for the best furniture, design and most importantly, kids friendly environment. He listened to our concerns and tried his very best to meet our criteria. During the renovation period, he will he will keep us posted with pictures on the progress. The first time I met him, we already have so much things to share. He's very approachable and an easy going person to talk and work with as he paid attention to even very small details which created the "Wow" factor in the house. He well planned his schedule on each item like flooring, kitchen and ect and always fulfilled his task within time frame. Good time management planner. 2.He is very helpful and prompt reply in our questions even small things like curtain and furniture selection. He is very professional to share his opinions in term of aesthetic or material choices. 3.He worked very closely with all his teams. He inspected on site very regularly and updated us the progress on time, checking with us if any issue happening and get to involved with all counter partners for quick decision and problem solution. We always get his update on site even we didn’t visit on site regularly. 4.His design is awesome! We have communicated with him via a few meetups. He can give us our ideal design and floorplan. He shared with us even some nice ideas of designs. He is very professional. 5.Workmanship is very nice. If you are able to see his project like flooring and cabinets. You will totally agreed with me as he is kind of perfectionist. 6.Good service. I m sorry but he is really a workaholic. So he is very responsible in terms of any inquiries and fulfilments. 7.After completion services, he is willing to provide advices as well even though after warranty. We are very happy to choose him as our first ID as we are totally new in renovation. We are happy to work with him to complete our renovation. Appreciate that though the work was slightly delayed due to COVID, Jayden and his team has always provide me with prompt updates and advices to resolve issues which cropped up along the way.
