Appointment was easily made and he entertained me although i was early. He was patient, accomodating and explained to me the process and queries through as he was doing the flash tune. Pleasant experience. Would definitely highly recommend this auto shop.

Explained to me very patiently on the BM3 and Xhp tune and I am the very inquisitive type of customer. He managed to give me the assurance of a real professional and delivered what he promised. Just got my BM3 stage 2 tune with the Xhp bundle. Grinning all the way on the drive home…
The only regret is………. that I didn’t do it sooner with Jay. Kudos to him and Jay, keep doing what you are doing… great job!!! ??

Throughout the entire process Jay was patient and thorough in explaining the pros and cons for each step along the way, sharing his knowledge and experience.
The car feels so much more lively and responsive now and even boasting better fuel economy than before.
Definitely thumbs up and highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy workshop that knows their stuff!
