Been all the while apply and visa there but ever since i encounter with this world low class employee,i have decided that not to patrons this agency shop anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum used their service back in December to apply for an ETA to Australia. The staff were efficient in their responses. However, they entered my mum’s details wrongly and the birthdate reflected in her visa was wrong. Had to spend another AUD$20 to reapply for an ETA with her right details. I hope the staff will be more diligent in checking through their client’s details in future.

She helped me get all necessary documents, book pcr test n also travel insurance. I frequent australia but with new covid travel restrictions, preferred her to guide me . Her charges are reasonable for travel with
peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pleasant surprise to receive a call from JA travel this morning regarding the cancelling of Jewel Lunch, Canopy Walk & River Cruise using SRV.
The cheerful service executive explained and apologised for the technical gitch on 31/12/2021 and she kindly added that she will forward Klook with my request to reschedule the trip to a later date available. Excellent follow up service. I am impressed!
