★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional mechanics. Will let you know what's wrong with your vehicle prior to changing any parts. Won't rip you off. Amazing friendly service from the mechanics right up to the admin staffs. Oh and I love their waiting area. Lots of snack and drinks in the pantry which you can enjoy whilst waiting for your car to be ready. Movie to watch. And free WiFi. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the 1st time's item not tally with what they tell me. Uncle tell me will use original Honda engine oil, when I look at the bill stated Mobile 1. How can I entrust Jackcars to service my vehicle
Technician, say my vehicle battery got a problem, I consult him which brand is better,
Technician recommend amaron battery I say ok. After I check is not an amaron battery is another battery brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 28/06/21, 9am. I come for Toyota recall. Send my Toyota Noah to check only (no service). Jack Cars Workshop customer service ask me to take a package worth $1k above for car service 3 time, if i don't they void my car warranty. So be it. I will never come their service again. I send my car other workshop for service cost less that $200.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to send my car due to manufacturer recall fault and was assisted by Ms Thana over whatsapp. She was very prompt and brief in giving me details.
I arrive at Jack Cars Services Centre and was greeted by Mr Bernard who also rendered his assistance and suggested for me to wait at the lounge while the car is serviced by the interns.
Once done, I just have to sign a document in the office.
Overall a very smooth and hassle free experience that lasted about 20mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 3rd time I have sent in my car for servicing to this Jack's Car. I have noticed on 2 occasions, that both the time after servicing my the mileage that I get on my fuel is lesser. With a full tank of petrol on my Hybrid, I usually get between 650 to 690 km. But after service both the time, I get only 550 km. It can't be that servicing uses up about 5 litres of fuel. I have reason to believe that fuel is being pilfered. Please check your gas tank and mileage when you send for servicing.
