Inferior products and worst after sales services, they come when they feel like it and charge you arm and leg for their mistakes. They try to rebrand under kitchen box. Avoid!!

I am quite happy with my purchase at Jackie's Enterprises. Their sales are experienced and helpful, most importantly is patient. They helped me design my cafe, guided me to submit for NEA approval, and recommend me the most suitable equipment. It's not like some other companies, rush to close the deal, and always recommend me the expensive equipment which may not be necessary to me. Well customers are not stupid nowdays. I have used Jackies equipment for almost one year. Their service team is in house and well trained, they saved me a lot of trouble. My worker didn't use the fridge properly, blocked the air and didn't close the door at night. Then the fridge was not cold. Jackie's technician came here, found out the problem. They told me my fridge is ok, it's my worker didn't use it properly. They also taught my worker how to use the fridge and didn't charge me any dollar. I have bad experience with some private technician who anyhow repair and bill me but actually did nothing. So I am really happy with Jackie's service. Good sales and service should be praised.

Horrendous service. As of now, we have waited 8hours for their technician to come to service the fridge. Due to their incompetent advice, 90% of our food product will be spoilt. 1st and last time we will be purchasing from them. Update : They came at 830pm and charged $80 for transport!!! $160 for the fan!!! Exhorbitant pricing.

Terrible Customer Service. As a small business owner it's important to find an equipment supplier that has the success of their customers as a top priority. Unfortunately Jackie's is not that supplier!! A very 'take it or leave it' attitude from the sales staff, warranties that cover nothing, used equipment that breaks down within weeks of purchase, important product details not divulged before delivery, haphazard delivery staff, no payment terms offered despite spending thousands of dollars. Jackie's is truly putting themselves before the customer. If you can find an alternative supplier of commercial kitchen equipment I strongly encourage you to do so. Hugely disappointing.

EVEN ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM. TERRIBLE PRODUCTS (I think they're selling second-hand products. They suck and break down so easily) + WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought tens of thousand dollars worth of equipments and everything started to break down exactly one year after we bought!!!! (hence warranty is USELESS). Called the boss to let her know about the issues we are facing and guess what she told me?? "WHY ARE YOU KEEP CALLING ME? STOP CALLING ME!" WOW. What a response to expect from the BOSS of the company that sells product to customers??? Totally not acceptable service level. And not to forget, freezers, chillers and dishwashers are EXTREMELY important in F&B industry. Breaking down of such equipments need to be settled and fixed ASAP and they just think you're annoying them or wasting their time by calling for customer service. Buy from them if you have millions of dollars rotting at garage.

worst experience, exorbitant charges with no responsibility taken! our freezer(not chiller) temperature went up from -22degree to 16 degree. called them for help and here is what happened: 1. they charged $117.40 for transportation and checkup on 05/03/2021 told us its the compressor problem which needs to be replaced immediately. (paid) 2. they charged $749 for the replacement, 15/03/2021 (paid) 3. Freezer temp went up to 18degree again on 19/03/2021. whatspp the biz number and someone went down to take a look only on 20/03/2021 4. told us it may be the gas leaking on 22/03/2021 and need to do another checkup. now they wanna charge another checkup fee is $200+gst and warned us that they cannot confirm if they can repair the freezer. this is disastrous with no management and no respect for customer's needs. no sense of urgency and they shoulder no responsibility for whatever you pay. 23/3/2021 KH Ng from service team contacted me regarding the issue after i posted the review on google. - First of all, the brand of my freezer is Panasonic, not Sanyo. This is the most important key point to record. Was it wrongly recorded in your service chit? - Offered a FOC gas leaking test BUT they need to take back my freezer to their office. (no need, your company service is disastrous and it is a total disappointment) - After I declined the test, KH offered me a full refund for the compressor. we rejected the refund. The compressor was replaced, therefore there is no need for the refund. 25/03/2021 We rejected the refund many times but our shop staff received a cheque with amount $749 today. Appreciate the speedy customer recovery service and the goodwill of the refund.
