★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an old housing estate consisting mainly of private landed property houses.The neighbourhood is rather quiet and peaceful.It is just by the Jalan Kayu Road near the exit to Tampines Expressway ( TPE ). There are public buses serving the area.Also there are many eateries within short walking distance.These includes two famous Indian Restaurants famous for their Pratas, one Chinese Muslim Restaurant, Western Restaurants, Chinese Bak Kut Teh Restaurant and some other restaurants.There are many other types of shops too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place. This place is underrated. With good mixture of eateries and landed properties maintain a good privacy within the estate. Furthermore, these land have a very good plot ratio, very potential !
