★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying I don’t usually write reviews good or bad, but the service provided by Jason today was exceptional in all aspects, upon walking in I had an idea what I wanted my hair transformation to look like but Jason exceeded my expectations with his meticulous attention to detail and no rushed approach, love the close shave too, I definitely will be back next time I’m in Singapore, thank you so much Jason, if anyone is reading this review and is undecided on weather to give James Baker Barbershop a go, do yourself a favour and ask for Jason you won’t be disappointed, highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. I approached the shop around lunch time asking for a hair cut and shave when no other customers were around.
While the owner was obviously not there, the junior staff was seemingly bothered that I disturbed their lunch break. The service was extremely unprofessional and also quite painful. I was treated like a test dummy with 2 beginners practicing on my face. That was my first and probably also my last shave at a barber shop, DIY cannot be worse.
Addmittedly, I received a discount on the shave as I was complaining about the bad treatment. Don't go there if the owner is not around.

He recommended me James Barker Barber which I visited a week later to fix my hair. Jason fixed my hair and gave it a new lease of life! Great service, super friendly and most professional skills!
