★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor workmanship. Caused my home ceiling to leak water and deny that it was from them. Never mind, we will get HDB to judge.
Very irresponsible contractor. Contractor boss, LIM BOON HUAT, also very rowdy and and deny that they have caused the ceiling to leak. Say that leak is ok. Just need to put water proofing layer????
Sometimes work exceed the legal declared time. Work until late evening most of the days and also during public holiday.

Recently I have again engaged them to do my EM toilets, all I would have to say is a thumbs up. They deliver what they have promised you and their after sales follow up is simply tremendous. They have never disappoint me. I have also recommend Jason Design & Build to few of my friends and they are happy with the service rendered. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He has great experience and can get work done minimally according to contract. Workmanship isn’t amazing.
Kitchen hanging cabinet is not level and can be seen by the eye but he insisted it is based on spirit level (bubble is one side but still within center).
Painting is very expensive and not good. There are patches which he mentioned is it due to quality of the hdb wall, not painter. I recommend find somebody else for paint.
Electrical works is crazy expensive. Getting your own may be a lot cheaper.
