Jason is very experience and well verse in the industry. He helped us to not just sell our property, but to understand the dynamic of the market. When we are selling my late parents’ unit, my brother got impatient and wanted to sell the unit at a really Low price, just to get transaction, but Jason is able to share with him insights objectively and convince him to wait for the right buyer. And true enough that despite the disadvantage of the unit being Low floor, old flat and old renovation, we manage to secure a reasonable transaction as Jason put our interest above all.
