Ordered on 6th July. Received a whatsapp message from one of their staff saying that the color wanted is out of stock, so, changed to a new color. Received product on 20th July. It's just too long for a local delivery (instock products). I do not recommend you buying from their online store. You're better off buying from stores like Challenger etc. However, it's your choice. Don't say wo meiyou warn ni men.

SERVICE IS SO BAD - MY ITEM IS MISSING. JBL 60 Marsiling Road, SKM Building, Level 1, Singapore 739107 I had given my jbl free head set for repair. during the warranty period. i am working from Monday to Friday 8 to 5. so i send by delivery service. my item had reserved to jbl by 4 hours. They replace for me a new one and send me through their delivery service. i noticed that the delivery service is very bad janio. i did't get the item till now. today to alamost more than 12 days ready. I call them 5 or 7 times. Now the item is missing. they are saying that they are spending money for sending. i also give money to send to you. not like you giving to a poor delivery service. I DONT CARE ABOUT JANIO SEVICE. ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GIVE GOOD DELIVERY SERVICE. IF THE ITEM IS MISSING ITS UP TO YOU. NOT MY PROBLEM. WHY SHOULD I WAIT. I NEED MY ITEM NOW . VERY BAD SERVICE.
