The company has a capability of handling 200mm and 300 mm wafers and the latest eWLB fan out technology is the major benchmark of this company. This company provides a decent basic salary for employees but the world economic situation affects the company performance a lot. Not a big stressful working environment. Overall a good company for retirement.
