My sincere appreciation to an angel named Sharon. I came last Tuesday @3pm to JDM Automobile showroom with a heavy burden on my shoulder and stress boiling in my veins. I was in a dire situation after a car deal transaction goes bust. I have to get a car by coming Monday, by hook , or I’m really cooked. Sharon listened throughout my ordeal and digest every problems I was facing. I was initially very doubtful if Sharon could be of any help at all. Sharon sprung to work immediately and within 15mins , she laid all the plans for me to decide upon. She further explained all the assistance JDM Automobile could offer to assist me further. While I am still in a faze , she did not show frustrations or give up on me but instead continued making more calls. She then finally laid out all the much better options that I have now, making good suggestions, giving feedbacks and finally leave me to decide. By 4:30pm, an agreement was signed and I’m assured that my needs will be fulfilled. Wednesday afternoon , sharon called me to inform that she has better options for me and if I’m interested. I jumped at it. Thursday came with COE price results out and my problems were all ironed out nicely as promised. Sharon could just sit back and enjoy her bubble tea since all agreements made and all deposits paid. Little did I know, that she quietly make effort making more calls and talking to her boss so that I have a much better options and better savings. She also kept busy communicating with me with the progress and process , keep ensuring my new car will be delivered timely and the interior will all be done up. Monday , @7pm , I collected the keys for the new car. I couldn’t find words good enough to thank Sharon for her endless effort. @ Sharon- Thank you for your genuine heartfelt effort. Sorry for the scoldings you receive fm “someone” for trying to help me. Big thank you from my wife as well. You are really an angel in disguise.
