He has always given me good advise on what is the best style/treatment/ colour, etc for my hair. Of course not to forget the very able Vanessa Wong who has always been very nice, helpful and friendly since I transferred to IMM. These two are the main reasons why I will always go to Jean Yop IMM! Thank you so much Alaric and Vanessa for all your good work all these years. Your company is lucky to have you both!

I look trendy with the least time needed to manage my hair daily. I am also served by Vanessa Wong who is polite, friendly and caring. The whole session makes me feel warm and relax.
