★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeep Sing fashion one of the worst vendor experience met. Online purchased school uniforms from them since Dec 2021 and waiting time is total disaster, school has already reopen DAY 2 and still haven’t heard from them, my Sec1 kids has got no school uniform to wear. Thanks to them, making us parent to take urgent leave went down for collection, queued for good 30 mins and best part no initiative to refund us the $5 delivery fee we paid for. Super ridiculous they keep insisting the $5 fee is inclusive. More like a scam shop to me. First and last visit pui??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeep Sing Fashion does not provide efficient customer service. Their phone line does not work. Nobody seems to answer calls nowadays. As for online order, it took them very long to confirm. I am currently in the queue to collect my child's uniforms but those with appointments are delaying the whole process. The management does not know how to manage queues. Their priorities are all wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online and received the uniforms after 3 weeks. I'm fine with the long wait as long as the items arrived before school reopened. However there were a few missing items in the order. I tried to call the hotline countless times and emailed them twice but got no response at all after more than 1 week. I doubt if I will ever get a reply. Money down to drain!

Ordered on 23 December 2021 and received reply email to say that order received and that I am supposed to receive another email to show that my order is being processed. Up till now I have yet to receive the email. Wrote in to them via email and there is no reply. Called them and no one answered. Money has already been deducted using paynow. And now how am I supposed to get my daughter's uniform ready for first day of school?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order online and waited 2-4days. They used 3rd party Ninja Van to delivery orders. And Ninjavan is terrible. No knock, no sound and no calls. Seeing door closed assuming nobody home. Funny is i have a dog at home, so which means deliveryman did not go doorstep. Again have to wait another days. Waited whole day at home for delivery for nothing. Change delivery partner! I will not order again online!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though ordering online with shipping fee, the order has never been shipped out. I went to the store and saw a long Q. Not for long, I heard an employee said that no Q for online orders. I approached the employee and he took down my order number and phone number. Let me find a place to have a coffee and wait for their call for collection. The paid shipping fee becomes a priority pass. ?
