★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no proper documentation of what was discussed and what will be executed. It was all done through a whatsapp video call, understand it was Covid period, but after the discussion there was nothing. We decided to put our faith in them but was sorely disappointed, mentioned no pink flowers but there were pink flowers on our dais. Promised to have designs along the walk in area but nothing on the day, the venue looked plain and empty. Had my wife’s name spelt wrong on the menu, no proper directions to the venue and ghosted during the day of event. Politely expressed our disappointment over whatsapp but never got a service recovery. Only saving grace was that they collabed with an amazing caterer for food, the food was great! Would not recommend as it is very difficult to work with them.
