Just Turned 35, looked around and had many choices of apartments, flats, condos, and etc. We found a unit that was marketed online by Ms Jesslyn Wang. She was really helpful throughout the enquiry process. Unlike many other agents we contacted, she actually took the initiative to invite for viewing and etc. There was no pressure dealing with her(first time house buyer jitters). On 2 separate occasions, she even took time to sit with us and walk us through the buying process, helped with some calculations and even drew out the timeline on how long the process is before getting our house. While looking at the unit she was marketing and also another potential unit, she was kind enough to even help out even it's not the unit she was marketing. She was really responsive on whatsapp, and also spent time explaining the nearby amenities, what to check when buying apartments, and etc. She actually offered FOC help even when i was dealing with other agents.
