โ โ โ โ โ I had a tremendous experience engaging with Jforce Boon Keng starting from the first phone call. Alia and Jeffrey are professional, resourceful, responsive and truly care about the customers. We hired a helper from Jforce (a swift decision and no regrets!) to take care of our baby and we are very happy working with the helper. The advice shared by Jeffrey and Alia is extremely helpful for a first time employer like me. We also find our helper is exceptional, great attitude, well trained, experienced and a pleasure to work with. If I can give 10 stars for Jforce I would! I called almost all maid agencies and I have the best experience with Jforce.

โ โ โ โ โ Was looking for a helper and JForce was one of the 4 agencies we approached and visited in AMK. The CS who served us was impatient. We received various profiles fm other agencies the same evening except JForce. My follow-up WhatsApp messages to the CS was read but not responded despite reminders.
Strongly do not recommend this company.
