这间评价超高有五星好评的佳香卤面Lor Mee,决定杀去尝一尝。这新加坡风味小吃——卤面,卤汁鲜甜味美,香而不腻,而且价钱实惠。老板人超亲切。用心熬煮浓稠的卤汁,卤汁绝对是卤面的灵魂,加入了大蒜和醋,再配上粗面条,味道一点也不含糊。每一条面条都被卤汁深深的包围着,完全把卤面的味道发挥的淋漓尽致。 卤面中的猪肉不但嫩,入口即化且多汁,再配上熟蛋,鱼饼等,超丰富的,一碗面挺大碗,吃得好饱好满,有兴趣的不妨去尝尝。

One of the best traditional chinese LOR MEE I ever try. I think the secret is in the gravy. It's tasted nice once you put it into your mouth not like some hawkers either the gravy is waterly or tasteless. If you go with your family in car not to worry about parking. There are ample parking lot just direct infront of the coffee shop and if you know the owner of the stall he is very friendly BOTAK man. Come and try with your family, you will enjoy the food. Good food we share don't miss it.☆☆☆☆☆

Our this uncle Lor Mee is fantastic, very delicious. Super authentic n good school style. The gravy, all the ingredients wu xiang, lor bak, braise hard boiled egg... garlic, cut chilli, spring onion, vinegar all fall in. All hv...this make the whole LOR MEE yummy yummy. Strongly recommend n sure come back for more when I m in bukit batok...

I was introduced to this Lor Mee Stall in Bukit Batok recently. Jia Xiang Traditional Noodle House offers a wide range of noodle dishes, ranging from Home Made Noodles, Laksa to Lor Mee. Lor Mee was recommended on the signboard among all other dishes. The Lor gravy was of the right thickness and was not too gluey. By default, I chose traditional flat yellow noodles. Though it was charged at $3.50, the ingredients in the bowl were more than what I have on a bowl of Lor Mee somewhere else. Not many places include this Wu Xiang (aka Ngoh Hiong) nowadays and the texture was just right with a bit of hardness to go along with the noodles. Look at the glistering pork belly about the braised gravy. Simply love the braised flavours on this thinly cut strips of belly. Here you go, a closer look at the braised pork belly. Soft and tender.

Went on a Wednesday Noon (12pm), lots of seat and car can be parked right in front of coffeeshop. Queue was about 6-8 people long. Lor mee and Laksa is prepared at the front, Ban Mian/mee hoon kueh is prepared at the back. Food is prepared fast unless there are many orders of Ban Mian / Mee Hoon Kueh. Stall vendor is friendly and polite. Ordered Lor Mee since it is marked with "BEST". Gravy has the right thickness, not too thick and not too watery, and taste just nice. Generous portion of ingredients(lor bak etc.), every mouth of noodle has something to go with it, great value for money. One of the better Lor Mee in the West. Will recommend to eat here if nearby. ==== Second trip on Tuesday Noon, similar crowd level. Ordered Laksa since there are many orders of ban mian(The auntie is able to cook Laksa and Lor Mee at the front when the uncle is busy cooking ban mian at the back). The gravy is slightly on the watery side but the taste is on an acceptable level. They are very generous with the cockles and other ingredients. ====
