Totally overwhelmed by the response of the team. Not only they ensured timely opening of my company and company account, they had precisely explained each and every clause, charges etc. Even more satisfying is their after sales service. I live in a different country and have to rely on getting my things moving via chat and phone with JJ&E. As of today, my each and every query has been well answered and I am really happy with the professional behaviour and timely revert of my concerns/questions. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was asked to pay for secretarial services for failure on their part to ensure their secretary made the endorsement to be withdrawn and after repeated requests for withdrawal.
Perhaps too overwhelmed and not able to keep up with time with better processes and systems. Look around and compare your options before engagement.

She is very reliable and always took care of my requests quickly. JJ&E provided services to me that went above and beyond the level I pay for, so I really cannot complain. I cannot speak for complex secretarial services, but for a small company, which is looking for reliable services to have a registered address, to get postal mail forwarded and to prepare annual accounts from provided numbers, I can whole-heartedly recomment the safe and capable hands of JJ&E, especially of Mrs. Eunice Lim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lure you into cheap secretarial service and will start to charge ridiculous prices later. Service from the staff is substandard. Have loads of salt into those 5 stars ratings reviews.
I was quoted abt $3900 to strike off my company which luckily I found somebody to do it for $550 only. Just beware of the strings attached with cheap upfront costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with them for almost ten years... and I like. I like the seniors (seniors not as in old age, but they've been with the company for years), the ones I started my journey with. Those ladies were nice, and friendly, and easy to chat with. I'm not too keen on the newer people - they are not as friendly, or even as polite. Thumbs up to the elders/seniors - not so for the newer ones.
*An edit to the review: I'm not sure if they read these reviews but the new ones are much more friendly and nicer too! Please keep this up, people are so stressed out, they sometimes just want a nice, friendly face and voice, even if it comes from strangers. Well done.
