This is for the redmart grocery warehouse job by JJ Express services agency. So many challenges! Freezing environment; 2 to negative degree Celsius. Extremely filthy environment. Very loud environment, even louder than an army shooting range. No earplugs provided. I was not adequately trained for the job, have to load and unload dirty and smelly 20-30kg boxes and must do the job fast else the supervisors will complain and scold you. Was brutally shouted at. Risk of neck and back sprain. I am still feeling sore from that 12-hour shift. Must use hands to carry wooden base (risk of splinters and nails). No insurance for part-timer or contract freelancers. Agency very tricky and unethical, they said I signed a contract for service (freelancer) so there is no CPF. When I asked for the contract, the agency lady ignores and never reply to me there after. There is no copy of your signed contract given to you. She has not returned my $20 deposit for the safety boots. Slow pay. Overall, working in this redmart job through this agency is not worth it. I try this for one day and I am totally never going back there ever again, period. Avoid at all cost! (Both of it) btw are they license to provide such recruitment services?

BEWARE, SUPER TERRIBLE SCAMMING/SERVICE COMPANY. Terrible service, I went there to find job, and then they keep giving me different numbers to call, finally they say they hired me and then they ask me for my PLOC or LOC, my IC, my Passport all, ask me to do this and that, say I start work on Sunday. And then last minute say they not hiring me. My friend also Kena the same treatment, halfway applying tell her cannot work. But from another side they say they need 30 manpower, message alrdy say cannot. If can I’ll give ZERO Star.

Terrible service partner. I have been trying to coordinate with their team to get my Amazon parcel delivered for the last 3 days. They promise delivery everyday and then the parcel never arrives. Status says attempted delivery but the driver never calls. Received the order after posting the review. Finally!

Redmart Lazada Alibaba Management, please terminate your contract with JJ Express. Time and again whenever JJ Express makes RedMart deliveries in our condo, the lazy delivery man ignores our condo rules and our Security Guards’ instructions and parks in residents’ lots on B1 level. Refuses to go to B2 like all other deliverymen do. Most inconsiderate and irresponsible disrespectful behaviour taking up residents’ designated lots!!! We will get the wheel clamp ready next time.
