★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beef is just too good.. simple seasoning of salt and pepper brings out the taste of the beef.. the doneness of it was done to perfection, giving it a well seared crust that encapsulates the tenderness within. Each bite of it gives off an umami celebration in the mouth.
Great job to the chef transforming this delicate piece of beef into such exquisite gourmet experience.
Hidden gem in this area that packs a punch in the menu.

Must try!! You will not regret! Really the BEST i've ever tasted. A wonderful culinary experience. It's perfectly seasoned with salt, pepper and a hint of truffle. The charred exterior paired with the tenderness of the beef brings this dish to a whole new level. Essence of the beef oozes out with each bite, engulfing your mouth with a savory explosion.
