★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sink not repaired, the tap came out, and water flooding. I called up for repair, they came in when I'm not not around. They used our dish scrub to scour the sink. When I came back from breakfast, I was shocked that they had come for repair when I'm not around, I told them only repair the tap when I'm around. They barged into my room when I'm out without giving me any notice. I saw the tap was cleaned, my dish pail filled with dirty water in the basin, my dish scrub in the pail worn out and stained with dirty particles. I told the person in charge and he yelled back to me, "Did we take any of your things? We have the right to enter without giving notice."
Since I've rented this room and I paid for it, I have my own rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service and tenants are not treated well. Not at all flexible. Owners are always busy and so we cannot connect to them at all for anything. They are so greedy and charge for unnecessary things. They are always waiting for a reason to charge . They don't do as promised. Owners are available just when we are paying money. LOT OF DISTURBANCE. NEVER HAVE A DEAL WITH JJH. Singapore is a beautiful country and JJH made my experience worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience. Staycation with twist. I'm happy with my trip in Singapore. This residence attributes a critical factor for this success.
For a local, this place is very well located. It's near to the bus stop and 5-10min walk to mrt and shopping centre . Staff was very friendly, from the securities to the management office staff.
For Foreigners, if you are looking for a place to understand the local culture & experience how locals live, this is a very good place for you to experience Singaporean way of living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really kind and helpful owner. He replied very fast everytime when I had a question or request, definitely the best service i've had while renting a room. I honestly much prefer a set up like this than to stay in the city centre where everything is expensive, but you will have to sacrifice a little convenience. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was good. Aircon worked well and quietly. Overall, the room and bathroom was clean.

Mr. Wee was exceptional! When I had issues, he resolved them immediately and followed up in the most friendly, professional way possible during my first stay. I re-booked at the same location because of him, knowing that if I had an issue, it would be resolved. ?☝?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive is that it’s in a good location. But the Management needs to improve, never available and worst communication when we reach them for queries. Had to go without dryer for about more than 2 weeks and our room has no ventilation. Though we have mentioned to them abt the problem in the 1st week itself they have never replaced it or they never followed the regulations. Too pricy and isn’t worth a single penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Catherine is very helpful and quick in response. Akai is excellent and ever ready any time. In my eight days of stay both of them ensure I am comfortable and provide essentials promptly. Place of stay at level 6 extremely quiet and comfortable. Will not hesitate to stay here again if I should ever need to. Would rate this service apartment as five stars with reasonable rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling lift service!! One and only lift in the bldg and i have to walk up and down the staircase for 3 days straight!! Utterly ridiculous and all they can say is that they don't have the spare parts yet!!! Is this called efficiency? CERTAINLY NOT!! Moreover I was stuck in the lift and had to punch and kick the lift out of frustration.
Talking about Akai - when we ask him for receipt or invoice for rental payment, this is what he said: "look at my company T Shirt JJH". After the incident, we never saw Akai again.
We must be the biggest fool if we fell for that!!
