★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bullying happen become a norm nowadays in singapore school, "Half Beat Fightcrew" BullyProof defences program are teaching kids basic self-defense techniques to overcome bullying as well as help them to keep fit to become a happy & healthier kids, they will develop self-esteem & be more confident, discipline, focus, to stand up for themselves with this training program, the purpose of this training program by "Half Beat Fightcrew" will not make kids violent but to make them bullyProof ready for what i see.
The instructors combine self-defense techniques, physical education and cardiovascular conditioning to help improve your child’s coordination, agility, and motor skills.
It's a good BullyProof defences program that i will recommend to all parent that have children from age 9 years old to 16 years old.
