β β β β β Visited a cousin here - very idyllic, right infront of the beach, beach views from home, quiet and i think its a freehold - better value and less density than the 99 yr condos at the back

β β β β β This condo is too small. It is near the beach where a park lies. However, the beach is not nice to play on in my opinion. People can do BBQ in the park though. Inside the condo, I didn't see BBQ pit.
