Extremely satisfied with their excellent service. It was my first time entering the store and I was quickly greeted and welcomed by Joseph. Everyone there were really warm and friendly and I felt very welcome. During the fitting procedure, they are very attentive to small details.They did not rush through the whole fitting procedure, instead they measured and adjusted my suit with care and precision. They would occasionally check in on my preferences for the fitting. Through the adjustments and discussions, I could tell that they were genuine and wanted to make the best suit for me. I say with confidence that this is the best tailoring shop i have ever went to. The whole experience as a customer from the moment I entered the store to when I left has been really delightful. Very good selection of fabrics. I found the company really professional and responsive after dealing with some issues which happened on the first fittings. They do really care when something is not up to their standards, which show important are their customers for them.

If you only ever get one suit in your life, make sure its from Joe's. For the past six years the team at Joe's have been making my suits and for the past six years every single suit has been made with brilliant craftsmanship. The team at Joe's are an amazing group of people, it is easy to see why their customers never fail to return for more. The casual conversations that I have each time when I visit Joe's never fails to amazes me how passionate they are in the world of bespoke tailoring and the amount of work that is involved in making a suit. Not to mention, their after sales service is unrivalled to any of the retail world. The effort to go out of their way to ensure that you feel comfortable even years after making a suit with them just makes you want to be around them even more. What amazes me the most is the fact that regardless of my weight fluctuations over the years, their ability to ensure a perfect fit of my existing garments no matter what shape or size is a testament to their impeccable skills as bespoke makers. It is safe to say that, I have not only been dressed exceptionally well by the team at Joe's but i have also gained valued friends. This in itself is what makes them the best bespoke tailors in the market.

In terms of skills, they're fantastic. One can see that they strive for excellence. In terms of service, they are accommodating, and welcoming. They totally understood my needs based on my occupation. I tailored a skirt suit and two pairs of pants that fit me perfectly and are in keeping with current fashion (without being too trendy). I find myself reaching for the pants and skirt even on days that I don't need to wear a suit. I've been to two other tailors for my work needs and they're by far the best. Looking forward to tailoring more things with them!

I was introduced by a close friend when I had to shortlist a tailor for our wedding. It was the best choice ever! The whole family runs this business and we love the culture they have! ? My experience with Joe’s tailoring was a draining & disappointing one, spreading over 7 appointments that took place from 7 Jan to 18 Apr. It took 10 weeks to complete a 2-pc suit and a long-sleeved shirt, and another 4 weeks for a pair of trousers. On the very first appointment, I made it clear that I needed the suits and shirt for a photoshoot between mid- to end-Mar and they accepted my order. I never knew I would need to go thru so many fittings plus follow ups and only able to collect it a day before my shoot. Throughout the process, there was a lack of follow-up from the consultant assigned to me, and I had to be the one constantly checking in with her on my order. On a couple of occasions, it’s only when I asked her for a status update that she asked if I was available for fitting on the next day – which makes it quite evident that she has either forgotten about my order or de-prioritised it. I gave them feedback on the multiple fittings and major delay, to which she cited Covid outbreak in their company, and a recent increase in their regular customers returning to them with the relaxation of the regulations. But Covid shouldn’t be an excuse. We’ve been dealing with Covid for more than 2 years now, and I believe businesses should have acclimatised to the situation and know well to manage customers’ expectations and manage production queue. If orders are getting overwhelming, it is their responsibility to inform new orders about a longer turnaround time, while making sure to complete existing orders. My order was clearly de-prioritised, and the fact that I had to be the one following up on the order gave me an experience that’s less than satisfactory.

I've tried a few tailors but I keep coming back to Joe's. Friendly patient staff and the quality of their fabric, cutting and fit is the best Ive experienced. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality and are prepared to pay for it.

Went down to Joe's tailoring to get a suit for my wedding. Justin was the one that helped me to create my first ever bespoke suit. Justin was really helpful to suggest the colour that will suit your wedding venue and a color that you can wear in the future instead of just for 1 event. Will highly recommend joe's tailoring even though it might be on the pricier side!
