★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequently changes dates for their courses. Refund still not processed after more than one month. No sound no picture from them regarding it. Only proceed to attend their course if you have plenty of free time to cater for their indecisiveness, or if if you have a lot of patience to chase them for a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have unpleasant experience with the coordinator-JY Carrie Mak. She will follow up with you for payment. When things crops up, she ignored your message and is slow to react. It is so unprofessional . Please dont buy ticket/courses through her. It is better to look for Michelle Yip as she is friendly, quick in her reply and professional . I will reconsider to buy ticket for the event through Carrie Mak and other coordinators. Thumb up for Michelle yip.
