Affordable price for all kinds of servicing and inspections
Approachable mechanics
Do not push sales and packages
Friendly Boss who remembers most of the customers
Very capable mechanics who repairs and service your cars in no time
Cons:
Location is at Ubi, as i stay at the West side (but Pros are way much more than Cons, so i can live with it!)

Workshop affiliated with NTUC. Very unsatisfactory repair work and service. 1. Requested them to give me a quote for a full repair to assess whether to claim insurance or to proceed with self-repair, they quoted a price just below the excess (seems too coincidental)
2. Later received the car, still had massive problems. Then realised they are not equipped to handle certain seemingly basic repairs e.g. fixing exhaust pipe. Simply unbelievable that a workshop cannot fix exhaust pipe???
3. Checked price with other workshop: JHK price is double that of other workshops

My car was towed to Joo Hak Kee Workshop after an accident a year ago. The follow up from the workshop was good as they kept me updated on the repair progress and the car was fixed within a week as promised. They even polished and waxed my car before handing it to me. I have been sending my car there whenever it requires repair ever since. They are honest and transparent about the costs and only charge for what is needed. I am very pleased with them and would highly recommend this workshop to others.
