★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some shuttles from them. Claim that the shuttles were maid in USA by the manufacturer. Received was horrible quality and rusty. Later found out at exhibition, that they outsource the shuttles to an Indian company in Bangalore. Wanted to send back the shuttles & pulleys but refused to accept responsibility. Learned expensive lesson
