โ โ โ โ โ I've had chronic hives issue for years and had been relying on anti histamine. I've started seeing Dr Joy 2 months back since my hives are getting more frequent and serious. After 4 treatments, I started seeing improvements from daily anti histamine to no anti histamine required.

โ โ โ โ โ My first encounter with dr joy was for a treatment of hives triggered by an allergic reaction after my first dose of covid vaccine. Prior to my consultation with dr joy, I have taken antihistamines for several weeks but there was no improvement to my hives. Subsequently I consulted dr joy and was given treatment which comprises accupunture, cupping and medication. After a few sessions of treatment, I could see marked improvement to my hives. The tcm treatment prescribed by dr joy was very effective as I have not suffered any relapse of hives even after my 2nd dose of the covid vaccine. Dr joy is a caring doctor who will go the extra mile to follow up to check on whether I have shown any improvements after the treatment. She is knowledgeable, willing to share useful advice and patient in addressing all queries pertaining to my condition.

โ โ โ โ โ I started seeing Physician Poh when she was at Raffles Hospital for my monthly heavy bleeding (endometriosis). For years, my gynae tried to help me but there was no improvement. I saw significant improvement within 3 months of seeing Physician Poh and I have no more heavy bleeding issue even 5 to 6 years after she discharged me. Currently, I am seeing her (at her own clinic @Circuit Road) for stress management that led to vertigo and tense muscles. My health condition has improved tremendously with the regular intake of the medicine prescribed by Physician Poh. My husband's long-term pain issue with a slipped disc was also solved by Physician Poh. She also helped him to manage his dengue fever last year and he did not have to be hospitalised at all. Physician Poh's clinic is very clean and quiet and I enjoy my visits there. She is very patient and non-judgmental with whatever I share with her. Her gentle demeanour is a great plus if you fear needles or heat :) (accupuncture + cupping).

With acupuncture and cupping, my back has gotten much better and I continue to see Dr Joy to treat my other medical conditions. I have recommended Joy TCM Clinic to my father as well, and his chronic back pain has seen significant improvements too.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been visiting Dr Joy for the past 6 months for Hives treatment(likely triggered by vaccination). Dr Joy is very patient and will take time to understand my issues and diet. She proposed acupuncture and cupping treatments. I must say that the treatments help me in controlling the hives occurrence and her medication are also very effective. I would recommend Dr Joy to anyone who is looking for effective TCM treatments.
