Excellent attitude shown by staff and the manager was knowledgeable about the products. Was impressed by the workmanship shown by them on their various government projects. No regrets on contacting them.

Engaged them to provide self-leveling works to our unit. Self-proclaimed to be the pioneer & most experienced installer in this field (The MD claimed he had done R&Ds with the supplier of self leveling compound) The 1st self-leveling done was patchy and inconsistent. They lamented that this product somehow different than what they have previously used hence it is OK for them to screw up.. well...or so they claimed After weeks of deliberations & delays, in lieu of the type of compound they used the first time, they counter proposed to use another type (same brand but different series) which they have more experienced with and had the floor overlaid with another layer... which turned out having none the better workmanship... This time round, the end result was of a tonality whereby you could play human chess with, and an railway track sort of uneven surface, whereby your kids can played their toot toot trains on... which makes one wonder why it was called "self leveling compound"?? After weeks & tons of selective emails replies & non-responsive calls, they arranged for a few unnecessary site assessment on the pretext of evaluation which does not bear any fruition.. Fast forward a few months, they decided its best to hack away the entire self leveling, and whilst they are at it, they threw in a few freebies... inclusive of but not exhaustive list of items like; damaging the bi-fold doors, the timber floor in the rooms and the cement screeded kitchen walls... Fast forward further another 7 months later, the floor is still not resolved... To conclude; if you want a floor that look more raw & worse than what you originally started out with, you probably should give it a shot. Its akin to watching "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" backwards. And its probably faster and more fun looking at paint dry than to wait for their response & solution.
