Terrible service and bad attitude from rental manager. Had doubts about them the moment they messed up my delivery timing the first time and wanted to charge me for being unable to receive the delivery. When it was due for delivery, i contacted them and they told me delivery will be ard 12pm, ended up reaching the site at 3pm. With that, a whole day was gone. Boom lift came, worked for a day and died the next, called the manager again and told him about my issue and he said that he had to check and that all his engineers was busy and just ended my call. All this while my worker was stucked on the boom lift, and they had to use a 16 step ladder to climb down. After that i requested them to collect their boomlift, told me they can collect it on saturday morning. waited the whole morning for them then i called them only for them to say they couldnt make it and could only collect it on monday 2pm. Monday came, and i called them when they were coming, told me the driver took urgent leave, and can only collect tmr but couldnt tell me the timing. Doesnt even bother to inform me beforehand, only shows how professional JPN is. Billing day, instead of charging the 1 week as agreed they went and billed me for 1 month, i called them about it but nobody got back to me, and the rental manager just ended my call telling me that he "will check" see attached for chat proof and billing.On billing delivery was on 24/08 the invoice was billed 27/08, which means i returned their broken boom lift after 3 days  Absolutely terrible services and words can't even express this. I even emailed their boss philip but to no avail. Their prices are not competitive and there are plenty of other rentals out there. You shouldnt need your work to stop because of their lifts.
